02 CASE STUDY: UX RESEARCH FOR AIRLINE BOOKING PROCESS
Objective
The client is a start-up airline called Fly UX. They’re looking to create an online experience that is fast, easy, and intuitive: one that’s based on a deep understanding of their target users.
Task
The task is to design a new mobile app for Fly UX. The focus specifically on the flight booking process: how users search for, find and select flights online.

The main brochure was designed to invite the guest to a pleasant enviroment. Showcasing floor plans with detailed amenities.
Created a 4Ocean page for Taboola. Taboola has become the largest discovery platform, realizing tremendous growth in users and revenue.

Brand designer, created graphics for video and video packaging on a series of 3-minute web series for Yahoo! Mujer Online to reach their Latin America Markets. A series of step by step delicious and simple recipe videos with a clean and organic look for simple living. Named Con Mucho Gusto for the Argentina market and La Mesa está Servida for the Mexico markets. Collaborated with S + A Media production company to create the successful series which was later requested to be translated for Yahoo’s US markets.

But they need to take 3 steps – 1. activate connected services, 2. enroll in connected services and 3. download the Uconnect app.
